The yoga therapist makes a complete assessment based on Indian Ayurvedic principles and designs a structured Yoga therapy course; based on the individual’s condition and goal, the therapist recommends either one-on-one or group sessions. The therapist never recommends any internal medications or any alterations in the individual’s other current treatments.
